I have a very serious issue with the guests at my listing. They violated the house rules by having events at the listing, housing extra unverified guests, and using illicit drugs in my property. I have gone through probably ** different case managers but never get my concerns resolved. They with the guests to find them another place to stay but have failed to fully my concerns issues, which include but not are limited to my safety, the notice of a lease violation due to the guests' actions, failure of the guests' to leave at the specified time, and thus trespassing on my property, and illicit drug use occurring when they were supposed to be finishing up their packing up and leaving. they left my home filled with smoke and trash. No one reached out to me about my safety concerns and when I call and wait on hold I have **** times been disconnected. I have also had to face very rude representatives that have laughed at my situation and who even acknowledge that I have been passed over time and time again by different case managers. I requested to talk to a supervisor and still have yet to have the opportunity to do so because I was only told I would be reached out to but it's been two whole days and not a single word.
