I'm urgently seeking assistance regarding an issue with a recent transaction. After being charged roughly $[redacted] for a bed order scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, there seems to be a problem. Despite no confirmation from Room and Board, Affirm debited my account. Upon contacting R&B, they claim to have no record of my order, which conflicts with my bank statements showing the charge. This discrepancy and the lack of communication are concerning. Attempts to contact customer service have been unsuccessful. I am now considering canceling the order and requesting a refund. The transaction took place on June 25th, with no progress on the order since. Please contact me via email for a prompt resolution.

I've been attempting to update my phone number for three months now. Unfortunately, I'm only free on Saturdays and Sundays, which is when they do not return calls. With my work schedule running from 4:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday, I am unable to take calls during that time. This situation has left me without any control over my account for the past three months, despite my consistent on-time payments. It would be fair for Affairm to have a brief window on Saturdays for hardworking customers like myself who support them. I've reached out countless times to explain my situation and seek assistance, but so far, no one from the company has been able to provide the help I need. My primary goal is to update my phone number and regain control of my account.

I paid off my original balance on 7/3/19 for $[redacted].61. However, I received a notice saying I owe an additional $[redacted].97, which I find confusing as I haven't used your service since my May [redacted] flight. The new balance seems unusually high. My original flight wasn't nearly that much, and I cleared my account after that. I won't make a payment until I understand the new charges. Please clarify where this balance is from and provide a prompt response. I can show my bank statements to prove I paid for subsequent flights using my personal account. Thank you. I need assistance with an issue regarding Affirm. After purchasing a $[redacted] mattress and making four payments totaling around $[redacted], I exchanged it for a $[redacted] mattress. Affirm refunded me approximately $[redacted], and the second mattress was already paid in full. However, I received an additional charge of $[redacted].32 from Affirm, which I believe should not apply since the new mattress was already covered. Can someone please help clarify this situation? I applied for Affirm to pay for an airline ticket through Just Fly on Monday. Affirm initially approved my application, and I proceeded to book the flight with JetBlue. I received a confirmation number and seat assignments. However, when I tried to access my payment status through the Affirm app, it showed as approved but pending merchant processing. The following day, I unexpectedly received a decline letter from Affirm. Despite reaching out to them multiple times via email with no response, I am uncertain about the status of my flight. Unfortunately, I discovered there is no customer service number to contact Affirm. I am at a loss about what steps to take next, pondering whether to reach out to the airline or Just Fly for clarification.

I recently updated my contact information from 11 East 10th St Bayonne, NJ to 47 Ashland Ave East Orange, NJ. Additionally, I have gotten married. I have been a responsible user of Affirm, always paying my bills on time. However, recently I have been experiencing issues with verification on the platform. Despite submitting photos of my face and state ID, the verification process seems to be stuck. This has been ongoing since the 27th of [redacted]. During this stressful time, I needed to purchase a plane ticket for my son to return home from college urgently, and Affirm's delays are causing further stress. Moreover, my husband's wedding band was stolen, and we are planning to renew our vows. Affirm's approval for a loan is crucial for this, but the verification obstacles persist. I recently made a purchase on JHMotorsports using affirm, and a payment of $[redacted].61 was deducted from my bank account on Sunday the 8th. I reached out to JH Motorsports today since I didn't receive any order confirmation from either them or Affirm. However, JH Motorsports informed me that they have no record of my order, and now I have to wait for Affirm to respond. This delay is frustrating as I need the part I ordered to fix my car promptly. I recently tried to book a trip on Expedia to Puerto Vallarta from San Francisco. After clicking on the payment option, I was redirected to Affirm. I provided my information and was approved for a $[redacted] loan. Despite choosing a $62 monthly payment plan, I did not receive a confirmation email. Hello, I am a US service member who recently took out a loan for a flight. I am currently trying to update my account's card and pay it off in full, but I am facing issues with the text verification process. Since I have been deployed to Korea, I am unable to use my US phone number. I have changed it to my wife's phone number, but the system is now indicating that the last 4 digits of my social security number are incorrect. I had previously entered my entire social security number before changing the phone number. I am unsure of what steps to take next, as I need to make the payment before October 5th.

I completed the pre-application for a loan with Dream Cloud, but it said my information was not found and I needed to make other payment arrangements. I am certain I entered the correct details. After calling them, they informed me they couldn't locate my information and that their decision was final - not approved. This is frustrating, especially since I have been in their system since last year. I recently got married in April and updated my last name on my account with them. I am disappointed with this outcome and will not be engaging in any further business with them.

I intended to purchase brakes from American Muscle and had applied for a loan for part of the payment. After receiving approval, I planned to return with my paycheck to complete the purchase, but the loan did not go through. My credit score from TransUnion is [redacted], which is lower than expected. I purchased a Louis Vuitton backpack through The Real Real using financing from Affirm. Sadly, the item was not delivered to my address and was returned by FedEx to The Real Real. Despite this, Affirm reported to Experian that I made payments in April and May, but was late in June for an item I neither received nor paid for. Additionally, I have documentation showing that The Real Real refunded Affirm on April 27, [redacted].

I followed all the instructions to set up an account to purchase a phone through Visible Wireless. I submitted photos of the front and back of my Texas ID since I don't have a driver's license due to health reasons. I also uploaded a picture of me and one of me holding the ID card next to my face, not necessarily in that sequence. Unfortunately, my application was denied because they couldn’t verify my identity, and the decision seems to be final. I suspect my current phone’s poor quality could be the reason for the issues I’m facing, as it tends to overheat. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I was preapproved, but unfortunately got turned down during the identity verification process. The questions mostly didn't relate to me, except for one about an address I lived at almost 30 years ago. My name is Francine D. Hampton and my address is [redacted] N Mascher Street, Philadelphia, PA [redacted]. I'm not familiar with Kimberly Williams or the other questions asked.
