I have been trying to change my phone number for * months. I'm only off on Saturday and Sundays, but they won't call you back on weekends. I work from ***am to ***pm Monday-Friday and I'm not allowed to just get up and take a call. Because I can't change my number, I haven't had control of my account at all for the last * months. Which is not right because I'm making every payment on time, but how fair is it for me with no control. Affairm really should have a small window on Saturday to call those customers that work hard all week and gives their hard earned money to companies. I have tried repeatedly to call Affairm and explain my issue and get help but no one from the company will step up and assist me. Please all I want to do is change my phone number and gain access and control over my own account.
