Consumer Cellular had an offer of free month. They billed me for two. Month one I had carrier. Consumer was apprised *Told me month free as long as sim installed before **st*Posted complaints to FCC. Sent them proof. *Received email from consumer Cellular. Again , showed her my cell service confirmation with another company. *Bcc to FCC. Meanwhile, complaints to ftc and attorney general, AARP fraud line , better business bureau in Oregon *Deceptive and fraudulent*Including their commercials*Next they lied to FCC. Fyi My credit was checked with out my permission. They told FCC I was informed *In fact I have an unlocked phone *Manny, a Cellular one rep admitted to people charged for free offer *Everything was recorded. Too bad I did not record their lies. I'll bet they would have opted out. It's illegal in my state to record a conversation with out consent and knowledge*Next the offer can be found on the web. How ever last day was March ** *Next, I cut Cellular one off before my Month was over*Two months and the earth is flat. *FCC was able to open my attachments*Next, is Cellular one going to pay me for my time ?*Advice. Avoid post paid in a supposed no contract company. Buy an unlocked cell. ** g cell is around ***$ or lower. *There is a lot of competition. In fact a contract company such as Verizon has better service and honesty than consumer Cellular*Next, fraud line told me there are ****s of complaints against Cellular one (for free month) thousands more on their other practices. *After receiving alert my credit was checked I called Cellular one. Ask if I wanted to report their agent. I said no. Unfortunately, in retrospect should have declined offer. *Unbelievable. That FCC closed case *Next, never received a letter from consumer Cellular. Though I know their lies. A copy was attached from FCC *No idea who is working at FCC, Trump's anti consumer league?
