l flew from Gatwick to Dublin on Nov *st ****. l experienced a five hour flight delay and subsequently my baggage went missing when l arrived in Dublin. Aer Lingus gave me a reference no ..*******. it has been a month and l have further emailed the airline and have heard nothing more in a month. l would like this matter and the expenses l had to incur at the time settled ..a similar situation occurred with a fellow traveler (a different airline) and she received frequent communication and compensation within a fortnight l cannot say the same unfortunately and this did affect my holiday experience negatively could someone please contact me as l have tried to using the forms but am really disappointed apart from a claim number l have had no acknowledgement of my emails..
