Aer Lingus lost our baggage for * days of a * day Ireland vacation. We filed a case for reimbursement for toiletiries, clothes when we returned. Our case number is ******* and were told via email on July **th that an Aer Lingus rep would respond to us within ** business days. We have received nothing since that date. I have sent at least * emails requesting an update and all I get is an automated response. It was bad enough that our luggage was lost on a direct hour long flight and we had to spend wasted time on our vacation on the phone and purchase necessities for a trip that had been planned over a year in advance. But this total lack of response is one of the poorest customer experiences. We are due a response.
