Help with my Aer Lingus issue
GetHuman-froschko's next move: talk to Aer Lingus when they open.
Aer Lingus's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-froschko a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-froschko's own words
My travel agent - trendtours - has booked a flight from D*sseldorf to Dublin **. Oktober.*We have missed the flight **.****I've called the service from Lingus and the lady on the phone told me there is no problem I can change the flight between one hour for *** Euro.*But there was no one at the Lingus desk because the woman has to help to check in the passengers. I had a talk with her but she told me that she has to work alone today and there is no chance to come to the lingua desk.*The one hour runs away and no flight for us.*At last we booked online for *** Euro.*This is much more than the first *** Euro from the Lady on the phone.*My question now what can I do to get my miney back?**Best regards*Roos-K*thur**It was flight number El*** booked from trendtours **My mail account
