Hello, ** * pieces of luggage from my daughter did not made it to her final destination. He Flu from Lyon on August * to Dublin, then from Dublin to London, then from London to Houston and then from Houston to El Paso, Tx. Her ticket number is *************, flight number out of Lyon was EI*** and out of Dublin was EI***, her last name is RuizVargas. She opened a report with United and the number is ELP*****m. Two question, I need Aer Lingus to get her luggage tag number because she did not get it during check-in and it will be impossible for all of you to find the luggage with out it. Also, I need your help to check your system to track the luggage, where is he last city you scanned it? Just wait, which is the answer we always get does not gives us confidence that they will be found. What else we can do? What other things can be done to track them down?
