I am trying to reunite with my * yo daughter who took a flight to Ireland without me last night due to an emergency cancer related hospital stay I needed to have. I was supposed to be on the flight, but had to be kept in the hospital for observation. Over the past two days I have been trying to communicate updates of my situation with the airline so that I can get over to Ireland to join my parents and child. My average wait time has been ** minutes each time I called. When explaining the emergency stay with the representative Cora yesterday, she was extremely helpful taking my information and helping me out as much as possible. Today however, I am trying to get answers as to if a doctor has reviewed my case to clear me for travel or not. A letter special assistance request from was sent by my doctor early this morning and I am still waiting to find out if it has been approved or not. In calling the center I feel that there has been no sense of urgency or any attempt to expedite the matter. I am separated from my daughter and I am requesting an update or status of my case so that I can get to her. My booking reference **EA*TB. Case ********
