This is Ann Alexander, booking reference * ****MW. As you can see, I'm booked and checked in to Flight *** this afternoon. However, my flight from Grand Rapids to O'Hare was cancelled and I was rebooked *.* hours later, which still would have been OK. However, that flight also was delayed, which (if it's not further delayed) gets me to O'Hare with less than two hours before your scheduled departure. I'll have to wait for my checked bag, catch the airport shuttle to the international terminal, check my bag there, go through security, and make my way to the gate.**I'm very concerned that that would not be enough time to make my flight. I know there's a later flight **** (I took that one last year), so is it possible for you to rebook me on that flight? I'd prefer a window seat, if available, which is what I have now on ****.
