Help with my Advantage Rent-a-Car issue

I rented for the first time and needed to extend my rental. I was given a diff. rate to extend so i took a few days and returned car when i was in area. The lady in your airport office informed me that i could have kept it a week and would pay less than I did for a few days. This is what i was trying to ask customer service but wasnt informed. I called ADV. from airport to ask if they would adjust rate so i could keep the car for a week but was told it was too oate because i gave it in eventhough i was standing there where i just brought it in. Then it followed with no cars avail. Woman on phone was willing to give me a lower rate but now no cars avail. Customer service needed to explain my options since i was inquiring about my best options to keep car longer. I do not know your policies but those who work in CS need to be more informative. I was told by CS I should know its cheaper for a week than a few days, I was offended. I am a customer not an employee. I will be returning to Florida quite a bit since I have a daughter who will be studying here for a few days and I have expanded my medical business to the area. I will not rent a car with ADV again. BTW, I have a slow leak on my back right tire and i called in and was told to fill it with air, unvelievable experience. I will file with BBB, Customer Assistance in Fl., Dept of Agr. And attorney generals office. Thank you and have a good day...
