The issue in GetHuman-maxterca's own words
I ordered * pieces of women clothing last evening: * Size M Designed to Move Pant $**.** and * Aidbreak Sweatshirt size M for $**.** I paid with Apple Pay and my address and email were not updated. My old email is obsolete so I don't have any way to access it. I do see the transaction on my bank statement (which did not change). I chatted online this morning and gave the chat person my new email, maxtercat @gmail.com and was promised an order confirmation. I have not received the email. They found my order by my name, Beth J. Fogel, yet was not helped with diverting the order to ship to my actual address. I'm a very loyal Adidas customer and felt like the chat thing did nothing to support my situation. My new address is Beth J. Fogel, *** Cactus Ln, Unit **, Washington, UT *****
GetHuman-maxterca did not yet indicate what Adidas should do to make this right.
