Then, at the end of setting-up my order, I received the total (with the new customer discount) and it prompted me if this purchase was being used for agricultural use, and if so, I would get an additional five percent off my total order. I accidentally clicked on the No button instead of the Yes button. I realized it just as I hit the PROCESS ORDER button. I tried to go back and fix it, but it was too late.*I am using this for our greenhouse and organic gardens where we grow vegetables year round, to determine if we need to trigger our automatic watering system that I will be installing soon, so I qualify for the additional five percent off my entire order total.*Can someone please give me an additional five percent off for the agricultural use? I don't want to go to the BBB and lodge a public complaint about this, but that is my next step if I can not get this resolved.
