I had purchased several items totaling $***.**. **I have been trying to get this resolved for over one week with MANY chats going nowhere and I am VERY frustrated, so I am hopeful you can help me!*I received a discount as a new Acurite customer. Then, at the end of setting-up my order, I received the total (with the new customer discount) and it prompted me if this purchase was being used for agricultural use, and if so, I would get an additional five percent off my total order. I accidentally clicked on the No button instead of the Yes button. I realized it just as I hit the PROCESS ORDER button. I tried to go back and fix it, but it was too late.*I am using this for our greenhouse and organic gardens where we grow vegetables year round, to determine if we need to trigger our automatic watering system that I will be installing soon, so I qualify for the additional five percent off my entire order total.*Can someone please give me an additional five percent off for the agricultural use? I don't want to go to the BBB and lodge a public complaint about this, but that is my next step if I can not get this resolved. I am tired of trying so hard to get this resolved and cannot even talk to a real person. I was offered the additional five percent off, but made a mistake clicking on the wrong button. This should be an easy fix.*Please take care of this.*Thank you.

Acurite takes an additional five percent off my order total, as I WAS offered it during checkout.*I have the screenshot that shows I was prompted to get an "ADDITIONAL FIVE PERCENT OFF MY ORDER TOTAL"...
I spent over three hundred dollars on several items on acurite.com and I have owned several businesses before. I always try to treat customers the way I'd like to be treated, honestly and fairly.
No and acurite chat reps keep telling me I can not get the additional five percent off.
