To the concerned team, I am facing a significant problem with playing COD with my friends. Following the latest 25gs update, I cannot access multiplayer. After joining my squad and searching for a game, it fails to find one. This ongoing issue for three weeks has been very frustrating as it prevents me from playing with friends. Despite my numerous attempts to contact for assistance, the support has been insufficient. Contacting through Twitter has also been unhelpful. I kindly request that you resolve the issue or consider refunding me. This has been a disappointing gaming experience from a company that promotes itself as a multiplayer leader. I hope for a prompt response via email or phone. Thank you.

I recently bought COD Warzone Modern Warfare on Xbox One and installed all required content for multiplayer and campaign modes. However, I'm still getting a "Please Install" message despite reinstalling everything and even restarting my console. This problem has persisted for 3 months, preventing me from playing with friends. I would appreciate a solution to this or a full refund for the game, additional content, and in-game purchases. My Gamertag is ÔG V3GÄŠ and my Activision Username is Broward Junkie#[redacted]. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. -V3GÄŠ

I have recently received a permanent ban from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, which is my first ban. I am uncertain about the reason behind the ban. After checking on Twitter, I found many players with similar bans. Most responses from @ATVIASSIST direct players to the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Security and Enforcement Policy. According to the policy, improperly obtaining downloadable/unlockable content can lead to penalties. In my case, I glitched a Rainbow Activision Aces camo onto my account, though it did not impact other players or the game community significantly. This minor offense should result in a temporary suspension and a full inventory reset, not a permanent ban. I am seeking clarification on this matter and requesting an unban. My account, EyesOfAryans, has been temporarily banned. I acknowledge the finality of such bans. I want to clarify my username. Being of Iranian descent, I am upset that the term "Aryans" has been linked to hate. The original meaning is to describe people from my region. I am willing to explain this when gaming, but I feel unfairly judged and labeled a racist. I only seek to honor my ancestors who used "Aryan" centuries before the Nazi era. I face assumptions of racism due to ignorance. I apologize if this is offensive, as I also feel aggrieved for not being able to celebrate my heritage. Please consider educating users on this alternative definition to avoid alienating those of Iranian origin. I play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on Xbox One. I accept the ban, though it seems dismissive of individual concerns. I'm sorry if this comes across as disrespectful, but I urge you to reflect on my message before acting based on public misconceptions.

I am disappointed to see this game become political and endorse a group known for racism. Players should not be subjected to support something they do not agree with. Every time I log in, it is in my face. This is forcing us to be exposed to this racial discrimination without the option to turn it off. People have different opinions, and these political messages should not be forced on everyone. It is insulting to disregard players who do not support this ideology. It should be optional for each player to choose whether they want to see these messages or not.

Hello Activision Team, I recently received a ban for modifying my clan tag, which I didn't realize was against the rules. I am kindly requesting one last opportunity to have my account unbanned. I have put a lot of effort into that account and it means a lot to me. I didn't intentionally break any rules; I simply wanted to have fun and impress my friends. This ban has been a heartbreaking lesson for me, and I am sincerely sorry for my actions. I have even stopped playing Fortnite to focus on Call of Duty, a game that brings me joy and laughter with my friends. I hope you can consider giving me another chance to continue enjoying your game. Thank you for your understanding.

It is disappointing to see the presence of gravity spikes in game modes like Domination and Hardpoint, where teammates are usually closely positioned. The gravity spikes seem to have an unfair advantage, as they can eliminate an entire team rapidly, unlike explosives. This unbalance is evident when a player continuously uses PDW, gravity spikes, and Stealth Choppers, making it nearly impossible to win these game modes. It is frustrating that a single player, with minimal effort, can defeat an entire team, regardless of their skills. Additionally, the issue of not being able to shoot at someone lying down due to auto fire malfunctioning for the past two months has also affected my rank points negatively by [redacted]. The lack of proper functionality in a first-person shooter game is concerning, and it is essential for the company to address these gameplay issues promptly and effectively.

To whom it may concern, I have been unable to access online multiplayer in Advance Warfare since yesterday afternoon at 1 pm EST. The message I receive states that the service is not available at this time and to try again later, with Error Code [redacted]. Although Activision support indicates that all platforms are online and working correctly, my friends and I are still encountering this issue. We are seeking an explanation for the inability to connect online. Yours truly, Xavier

Hello Activision Team, I recently noticed that my account was banned for modifying my clan tag, a rule I was unaware of. I am sincerely requesting another chance to have my account unbanned. I have invested a lot of time and effort into this account, reaching a point where I truly enjoyed playing and having fun. My intention in changing the clan tag was to entertain my friends and appear cool, not realizing it was against the rules until after being banned. I understand my mistake and am asking for the opportunity to rectify it. It is disheartening to be permanently banned, feeling as if I am being treated like a hacker or cheater when all I intended was harmless fun. I have shifted my focus from Fortnite to COD and found joy and camaraderie in playing with my friends. I would greatly appreciate being given the chance to continue enjoying the game without the mistake of modifying my clan tag. Thank you for your understanding.

I downloaded the game Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. However, I am unable to get it to play. I would like a refund as I am 70 years old and have Parkinson's Disease. The game is too fast and complex for me. I have tried calling customer support but have not been able to reach anyone. Please assist me with the refund process. I recently redownloaded Black Ops 4 and bought the Season Pass/Black Ops Pass to access all the zombie maps. After downloading each map individually, none of them showed up when I tried to play. Instead, it stated they still needed to be downloaded. Clicking on them led to a message saying the content was no longer available. I want a resolution by receiving the purchased zombie maps or a $50 refund for the non-functioning Season Pass. I also tried deleting and redownloading the game, but the issue persists.

For the past two weeks, and now going into the third week, I've been experiencing issues with connecting to the servers to play online. Every time I try, it loads for a few minutes or even longer just to end up failing. I have not been able to get in touch with Activision, and even if I did, I doubt they would offer much help. Moreover, when I reached out to PlayStation for assistance, someone called me but hung up when I answered. They left a voicemail, but there was no callback number provided. I'm feeling frustrated and upset about this situation. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have been attempting to seek assistance since Sunday with no success. I was assigned a case number and engaged in a text chat promising a follow-up, which was 3 days back. Unfortunately, all my progress, including ranks, weapon unlocks, and Operators, has reverted to Rank 1. Furthermore, the Battle Pass I purchased and completed now reflects as if I never bought it, erasing all content I had gained. To compound matters, all Operator and Weapon Bundles I acquired with COD Points have vanished along with my COD Points. This situation is exasperating as I have invested extensively in this game only to face these losses. Despite numerous attempts to contact Customer Support through calls, chats, and emails, I have been met with unresponsiveness and no resolution. I implore any assistance that can be offered to rectify this issue.

I recently downloaded Warzone (Modern Warfare) on my PC but have only managed to play online twice in the past two weeks. I encountered an error message saying the connection was lost with the servers every other time. Despite having a stable 40 Mbps connection and low ping while hardwired to the router, I've tried multiple troubleshooting steps like clearing the battlenet local cache, creating new battlenet and Activision accounts, and running as administrator. I made sure to allow both Modern Warfare and Blizzard executables through the firewall settings for private and public networks. I'm eager to play the game and would appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you.

Yesterday, June 15, [redacted], I got locked out of my Activision account under the number rmathews6#[redacted]. Several emails requesting to verify new email addresses were sent without my consent, mentioning two different Activision accounts. Upon trying to log in later, I discovered I couldn't access my account or reset the password. I have proof of my original account, the suspicious emails, and the transaction history. After checking cod.tracker.gg, I realized that one of the accounts from the unauthorized emails had taken over my account under the name Az#[redacted]. The gameplay stats on the stolen account match mine, except for three recent games played. I've linked match history to a video from my account dated May 26, which serves as evidence. I possess photos and videos supporting my claim and urgently seek guidance on reclaiming my account.

I am requesting an appeal for the wrongful ban on my account. I have invested a significant amount of time and money since the launch of the game, with over $[redacted] spent. This account holds sentimental value as I have had it since the release of the PS3. Achieving Damascus legitimately in the game required immense effort, time, and dedication. I have not used any cheats or boosts. Being banned unexpectedly has been distressing, especially since playing "mw" is essential for managing my clinical depression. It is the only game that helps me cope. I have abstained from playing since the ban was imposed. I kindly ask for the suspension to be lifted so I can resume playing on my account and continue the progress I have diligently earned.

I recently purchased Call of Duty Season 4 for $24.99 from the Sony PlayStation Store. However, after downloading it, the process was interrupted, and I received a message saying the download was suspended. Although the files appear to be downloaded, I am unable to play the game. I bought this for my son who is visiting from Washington, and we were looking forward to playing it together. It is disappointing to encounter such issues and not be able to use the product as intended. I am hoping for a resolution to this problem so that we can enjoy playing Call of Duty online together before my son leaves tomorrow. I would appreciate a refund and a fix for this download issue.

I often encounter loading timeout errors and unstable connection issues, even though my internet connection is stable. It's frustrating when I get kicked out of a match, losing points, and being unable to rejoin due to connectivity problems. This not only affects my gameplay but also impacts my teammates. I play on an iPad 6th generation with the latest software updates. I hope the developers can address these issues promptly to ensure a smoother gaming experience for everyone.

I purchased the disc "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare" in April. Since then, I have downloaded the game and all its add-ons at least five times, totaling over 500GB. I keep encountering an issue where I can only access the Warzone part of the game. The Campaign, Multiplayer, and Coop modes show "install suspended" with the progress bar at two-thirds completion. I suspect there is a problem with Compatibility Data Pack 1 as the game won't allow me to uninstall it. Interestingly, when I uninstall the other packs, the progress bar on the Install Suspended screen changes, except for the Compatibility Data Pack. Despite downloading it multiple times, it does not seem to copy onto the disc like the other add-ons. I am using a PS4, and my tag is Scouse560.

I am uncertain if my account was compromised or removed by Activision. I am unable to access my account on either PS4 or their website. While in-game with a friend, I was suddenly disconnected and received a message prompting me to log in again as my data might have been affected by a website update. Upon attempting to log in, I discovered that my account was nowhere to be found. Consequently, I lost my progress, purchased items, and the ability to continue playing. I have invested a significant amount of time and money into the game, and it is disheartening to lose everything. If my account cannot be restored, I would appreciate a reimbursement for the transactions made for in-game purchases, particularly from battle pass seasons 3 and 4.
