I want to cancel my recurring payments for the future.

You can cancel your recurring contributions to ActBlue through your ActBlue Express account. Once logged in, click on the "Recurring" tab at the top of the page. You will see a list of your active recurring contributions. Find the contribution you wish to end and click the "End Recurring Contribution" link. After confirming, your future payments will be cancelled. You'll receive an email confirmation for your records. It's important to remember that ending your recurring contribution doesn't retroactively apply to previous charges. It simply stops future payments.

I am a monthly donor of $200 or thought I was. Apparently I enrolled twice. The second enrollment was an inadvertent error and I want to cancel the second $200 enrollment entirely.

Sure, you can easily manage your recurring donations on ActBlue. Just sign into the account you used to make the donations. Once signed in, go to the "Recurring" section under your "Contribution History." Here, you will see all of your monthly donations. Look for the second $200 donation and click "Edit" next to it. You will be given the option to cancel the donation entirely. Simply follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

I think I have been charged for something I did not intend to donate. How can I find out if it happened.

If you suspect an unintended charge from ActBlue, the best immediate action to take is to review your bank or credit card statements. ActBlue receipts are also sent to your email after you make a donation. If you can't find your receipt, search your email’s inbox or spam folder for an email from "info@actblue.com". If your concerns persist, we recommend reaching out to your financial institution as well for more details. ActBlue always aims for transparency in transactions to protect its users.
