If you need to cancel an unauthorized payment made to ActBlue via PayPal, the first step is to reach out to PayPal immediately to inform them about the unauthorized transaction. They will guide you through their dispute procedure. Simultaneously, you can also contact ActBlue customer service. They can help investigate the issue and possibly return the transaction from their end. It's important to act quickly in matters of unauthorized transactions to ensure your financial safety and integrity.

You can cancel your recurring contributions to ActBlue through your ActBlue Express account. Once logged in, click on the "Recurring" tab at the top of the page. You will see a list of your active recurring contributions. Find the contribution you wish to end and click the "End Recurring Contribution" link. After confirming, your future payments will be cancelled. You'll receive an email confirmation for your records. It's important to remember that ending your recurring contribution doesn't retroactively apply to previous charges. It simply stops future payments.
