I am in the UK and thought I was signing up for the free ** day trial of BritBox on * March ****. In response I received welcoming details from Acorn TV. They correctly showed the email address that I had used. Using that email address and the password that I had supplied I was able to sign in multiple times but each time your response is that I cannot connect to a secure server. I have tried using both Safari and Google Chrome. This is completely unacceptable. I gave my credit card details and your response was that the first billing of £*.** would be on * April ****. I will contact my credit provider to remove you from any payments and therefore i wish to be completely removed from Acorn TV.
