Trying to open the Acorn TV App on our Samsung Smart TV. It has been working fine, but now we are getting the message that the app has been terminated. ... We recently paid for a one year subscription to Acorn TV. Now, when we try to open the app on our TV, we get a pop-up message that says, "This Acorn TV has been terminated and is no longer available."**Please let me know what you can do to help us resolve this problem.
We subscribed to Acorn TV a few months ago, and paid for a * year subscription. It is very frustrating that now it won't work, and it is especially frustrating that you don't have a customer service phone number or online chat.
GetHuman-rmannin did not yet indicate what Acorn TV should do to make this right.
I've tried several things on the TV, but have had no luck.
