Did you upgrade your systems and not migrate the information correctly? Did you mistakenly delete it?**Not being able to speak to a Customer Service Representative about these two issues is really poor Customer Service and my Monthly Service Fee of $**.** should be reduced as a result of Ackerman's reduced level of Support!!!! **I've been an Ackerman Customer for over ** years at * different house locations and Customer Service was a selling point for Ackerman, but not anymore as far as I'm concerned!
