Help me with my issue
The issue in GetHuman-judaguer's own words
We received a credit from our AMEX for our auto pay Ackerman account. We are curious why Akerman is crediting us our entire monthly amount of $**.**. Our account is DA****, name is Ralph Aguera, *** Haynesbrooke Walk. I've been on hold on my phone for almost ** minutes so I'd appreciate your help.

How GetHuman-judaguer fixed the problem
The representative told me that Ackerman is going through some changes in their software system hence the mistakes that are happening with our quarterly auto-pay. The refund was for a double payment. On another matter though, Adkerman has sent me a notice of non-payment of $** for the same credit card on file for a service call on August **, ****. That $** was cleared by my AMEX a while ago. I'd like not to receive anything that says I have not paid and I am in arrears. I have excellent credit scores and I don't want them blemished.
