I HAVE BOUGHT A CELLPHONE (BRADAIN TELKOM HURRICANE) FROM ACKERMANS (**** UMTATA PLAZA SHOP ** MTHATHAPLAZA NELSON MANDELA DRIVE UMTATA ****) ON THE *ND OF MAY **** CWITHIN THREE DAYS IT GAVE ME PROBLEMS THEN I RETURN IT TO ACKERMANS AND I WAS ASSISTED BY MISS ZINTLE AND MR OLO THEY SAID THAT IT WILL TAKE ME A MONTH OR SO FOR ME TO GET MY CELLPHONE BACK, I GOT MY CELLPHONE BACK AFTER **ND OF JULY **** WITH THE SAME PROBLEM I HAD TO RETURN IT AGAIN TO ACKERMANS ON THE (** OF AUGUST ****) AND THIS TIME I WAS ASSISTED BY MISS BULELWA KHONZA WHO PROMISED ME THAT I WILL GET MY CELLPHONE BEFORE THE END OF AUGUST UNTIL NOW I HAVEN'T GOT MY CELLPHONE BACK NOR A FEEDBACK FROM ACKERMANS... NOW THE ONLY THING I AM ASKING FOR IS A REFUND NOTHING MORE *HOPING THAT MY COMPLAINT WILL BE ATTENTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE THANK YOU ***********
