I was trying to book a reservation on last minute travel's website (lastminutetravel.com) ... On August **th I reserved a room from lastminutetravel.com. They could not honor the reservation for some reason. When I contacted them because they took the payment from my account now card. They stated that the money had been refunded. It has yet to show any proof of this on the account now account page. **Nothing pending or any sign of the reversal at all for that matter. So before I call a few consumer affair lawyers. I figured I should inquire as to the whereabouts of the $** dollars. *Description: Last Minute Travel *-******-******* FL*Debit: **.****That is from my account page. They point the finger at this institution saying you have the money. *Please advise. Thank you

to get a receipt of transaction from the merchant. then go to their dispute form. Do not start a dispute just send the form. the dispute will take even more time. then call back ***-****-****.
