I attempted to purchase tickets to a concert for Mika at Ace Theater in LA and on the final page before confirmation I got a vague error saying my order couldn’t be processed, I could not exit out of the error pop up to try again. When I logged into axs.com again I was able to see the same * tickets under “My Events” with an order number (row X seats * and *, *********), but I didn’t get a confirmation email nor did I get charged. I am absolutely gutted that this has happened as the seats I was about to buy were really great and I have been waiting to see this artist for over a decade as he rarely comes to America. I can’t get ahold of anybody at axs at all. If those seats are still available and just in limbo after the error occurred, I would like to get the opportunity to purchase them. I feel like it’s really unfair that not only did I encounter an error that kept me from completing the transaction properly, but I couldn’t even exit out of the error to try again. Please help me!
