I am attempting to purchase flash seat tickets for the Avalanche vs Coyotes game on March 29th. When I try to sign in to buy the tickets, the website does not recognize my account (M.McSpadden at gmail.com). Even after creating a new account with the same email, I face an issue when confirming the purchase, receiving an error message mentioning the credit card is linked to another account. I am concerned about my credit card details and unable to access my account. Interestingly, I am able to log into my account via the axs app using the same email, but still unable to buy the tickets.

I kindly request that you forward this message to the concert promoter for urgent attention. Our recent experience with the AXS Ticket Agency regarding the purchase of Paul McCartney's Las Vegas concert tickets has left us deeply disappointed. After buying two tickets priced at $[redacted].00 each on their website, we discovered the following day that tickets at various price levels were available. Given the technical issues on their website, we asked to cancel our transaction and buy tickets within our budget. As seniors living with glaucoma, planning a special trip from over two thousand miles away, we feel let down by the deceptive selling tactics employed by AXS. It appears that they misled customers into purchasing only the most expensive tickets initially. We are shocked that organizations like MPL, MAUSA, Concerts West, and AEG Presents would support such practices. We seek your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Your help would be greatly appreciated. With gratitude, David O. from Florence, Massachusetts. Ticket confirmation: [redacted]. Last four digits of credit card: [redacted].

In November [redacted], I bought two Houston Rodeo tickets for February 27, [redacted]. FlashSeats later allowed ticket conversion to electronic form, but I faced issues online in January [redacted] and was told my tickets were "unqualified." Even after contacting FlashSeats twice, they said my tickets couldn't be e-converted. I sold them as hard tickets, but the buyer was denied entry on February 27. On March 1, I discovered FlashSeats had indeed converted the tickets electronically without notifying me, causing the problem. I've reported this to various platforms and had numerous interactions with FlashSeats employees, including Karen, Jay, Danny, and Steve. Since March, I've faced delays, misinformation, and unkept promises about emails and corrections from FlashSeats, leading to issues with Vivid Seats and a charge of $[redacted].10 for the invalid tickets.

Hello! My friends and I were really excited to experience the Monsta X concert in LA on August 10th. We were a bit anxious about securing tickets due to their high demand. To ensure we didn't miss out, we initially bought tickets for the Monsta X concert in Dallas, Texas, with the intention of selling them if we were successful in obtaining tickets for the LA show. Eventually, we managed to purchase three tickets for the LA concert after following advice from various sources to use multiple devices during the ticket sale. Now, we are wondering if there is a possibility to resell the two tickets for the Dallas event and one of the LA tickets.

I purchased Monsta X tickets for their Dallas show that went on sale on Friday, March 29th. I bought two tickets but would like a refund. AXS did not offer the VIP tickets as planned. The website was confusing and misleading. Despite checking on March 28th and seeing the sale was to start at 10:00am, they later updated it to the correct date. On Friday at 4pm, only regular admission tickets were available, leading me to purchase them. Unfortunately, AXS did not release the VIP tickets at the same time. I unknowingly ended up with two tickets for a section I didn't want. I am seeking a full refund for these tickets.

Hello, I purchased 3 tickets for the Michael Bublé concert in London on May 30th through my AXS account. I need to transfer 2 tickets to friends and resell 1, but I'm facing issues with the application. When I tried transferring the tickets, it's stuck on waiting status. Also, when attempting to sell the remaining ticket, the app prompts me to confirm my account in the concert country, then unexpectedly kicks me out of the application. This experience is frustrating, and I'm concerned it might be a scam. I kindly request assistance with this matter.

I am Douglas M. Parker, and I recently purchased resale tickets through AXS. However, after providing my credit card details, I was asked to create a permanent account and give additional personal information, which made me suspicious. Despite my request, AXS refused to cancel the sale. I had to replace my credit card to prevent the charge from going through. The tickets were cancelled by Danielle Sullivan, and since I received no benefit and the concert is still weeks away, I believe I deserve a refund of $[redacted].50. While I understand AXS may be entitled to a service charge, keeping the full amount without providing the tickets seems unfair. Kindly return the money to my charge card. Thank you, Douglas M Parker. I attempted to purchase 2 tickets for an upcoming WNBA basketball game in Las Vegas through AXS.com. However, the payment process resulted in multiple errors, stating there was an issue with my credit card each time I tried to make the purchase. Despite these errors, I later discovered that my Visa Credit Card was actually charged 10 times for USD [redacted].90 each. I have reached out to AXS.com support a week ago with case number #....[redacted] but have not yet received a response. I also tried calling [redacted] but no one answered after waiting for over 20 minutes. I am requesting AXS.com to explain why the payments were incorrectly processed and resolve this issue promptly. I ask for a refund for the nine unauthorized transactions and only be charged for the original purchase of two tickets.

Hello. I am currently in London for NCT [redacted]’s concert at Wembley Arena tomorrow. My friend attempted to transfer one of our tickets to my app, ensuring all details were correct. However, it has been an hour and I have not received the transferred ticket yet. Although I received a confirmation email and accessed my account on the app, the ticket is still not visible. I suspect this delay may be due to a weak internet connection. My concern is if the transfer doesn’t go through until tomorrow night, can both of us enter the arena together even if my friend has both tickets on her phone and I do not have one on mine? This situation is causing me considerable anxiety. I appreciate your assistance.

Hello, I purchased 2 tickets for the Hyde Park show on July 14th. I opted for 2 gold circle standing tickets in front of the stage. Recently, I noticed that the seating map has been altered, placing the gold circle behind the Diamond circle. As a fan of Robbie Williams, this change is disappointing. I have reached out to the BST organization multiple times about this issue. I would appreciate it if you could exchange the gold circle tickets for Diamond circle tickets or process a refund. This situation is truly disappointing. I eagerly await your response. Thank you, Laura G. [redacted]

I encountered an issue while trying to buy tickets for Mika's concert at Ace Theater in LA. Just before the final confirmation page, I received an unclear error message preventing my order from processing. Despite not being able to proceed, the two tickets (row X seats 7 and 8) appeared in "My Events" with order number #[redacted]8 on axs.com. I didn't receive a confirmation email or get charged for the purchase. I'm disappointed by this mishap as the seats I tried to buy were excellent, and I've been eagerly waiting to see this artist who rarely performs in America for over a decade. I've been unable to reach axs for assistance. If those seats are still available post-error, I would appreciate the chance to buy them. It feels unjust that I faced an obstacle preventing me from completing the transaction and couldn't even retry due to the error popup. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased two tickets and a parking pass for a show by mail, as I don't have a cell phone. The tickets arrived, but the parking pass did not. I followed up before the event and was promised a call back for a refund. No one contacted me. I paid $30 to park at the event. I called again yesterday and was initially denied a refund due to the event passing. After insisting I reported the issue before the event, I was told someone from financial would call me, but no contact information was provided. Currently, an agent is reiterating that refunds are not given for past events, despite my initial report. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I purchased tickets for the Greta Van Fleet concert at Red Rocks on 5/17/19. The tickets are digital "flash seats," and I had to download the AXS mobile app to access them. Despite having an order number, I have not received any physical or email tickets. As my family has already booked flights for the event, I checked the app and found the event listed. However, upon viewing the tickets, I was shocked to see a message stating they were sold through StubHub and are now invalid. I have not sold these tickets and have been unsuccessful in reaching AXS by phone. Please help me resolve this issue.

Hello, I attempted to purchase tickets to see Miranda Lambert through Axs, but encountered issues with my card being declined. As I didn't have another card at hand, I decided to buy tickets from a different source. However, despite not receiving a confirmation email or seeing any record of the purchase in my Axs account after two days, the charge for the tickets suddenly appeared today. I had already purchased tickets through Ticketmaster successfully. I now find myself charged for tickets I didn't receive and am looking for guidance on obtaining a refund. I attempted to contact customer service but experienced a busy line. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have sent multiple emails regarding my tickets for the Joe Bonamassa show at the Midland theater in Kansas City, Missouri on Saturday, November 2nd. I am uncertain about how to obtain the tickets and when they will be available. As a newcomer to online ticketing, the process feels quite different from the past. I am reaching out for assistance regarding this matter. My name is Robert E. and I can be reached at [redacted]. I am eager to understand how to access my tickets as I have not received them via mail despite leaving several messages. Your help in this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I contacted customer service a month ago to inquire about a refund for concert tickets bought in May for a November 16th event in Orlando. I am unable to attend due to a prior commitment. I added insurance to the tickets during the initial purchase. The representative mentioned I would receive a response via email within 24-48 hours but I never received any communication. After following up three days ago, another request was submitted, and as of now, I am still waiting to hear back regarding the refund.

I bought four tickets from your company for "Thank You For The Music" at the Brentwood Centre on Friday, November 29th under the order number [redacted]. My name is J. Howson, and each ticket cost £30.10. Unfortunately, one member of our group passed away recently from a heart attack. His wife is unable to attend any events right now due to these unforeseen circumstances. I am reaching out to inquire if it would be possible to receive a refund for the tickets under these circumstances.

I recently purchased tickets to see Michael Buble at Powderham Castle in Exeter on August 4, [redacted]. After booking, I noticed my email address was incorrect in the confirmation screen. My order number is [redacted]. The correct email address should be [redacted] without the extra part on the confirmation. Since I requested to print the tickets at home, could you kindly make sure they are sent to the right email address? Apologies for the inconvenience. Thank you. - K. Jasper

I bought two tickets for DaBaby on December 18 at the Shrine Expo Hall. I received the tickets through the AXS app, but when I checked yesterday, they were missing from "your tickets." I refreshed the app and signed out and back in, but they're still not showing up. The event is next Wednesday, and I'm getting worried. Thank you for your help.
