Make the tickets so they are not restricted and can be transferred. ... Just purchased row * tickets for Halsey at Red Rocks, Denver, CO and they are showing restricted in my account. When using the AXS site to purchase the tickets the disclaimer states rows *-* are non-transferable (copy from the AXS site: "ATTENTION: Tickets purchased in rows *-* are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and must be used by the ORIGINAL purchaser."), the seats I purchased are in row *. I do travel a lot for work and if I can't go to shows I will give tickets to my friends, so I would like to be able to transfer them if I can't go to the show.
No where does it state the tickets are restricted until after the transaction is completed. These conditions need to be stated before somewhere in the entire purchase process, there are a bunch of steps that have to be completed, why not add a customer acknowledgement that the tickets are restricted, remove any doubt for the person purchasing the tickets.
I would like the tickets to be transferable. I don't see any reason they should be restricted as they are regular seats anyone can purchase. If they were handicapped or some other restriction then I can see making them restricted.
I've been a customer for several years and I use both AXS and FlashSeats a lot. AXS makes a ton of money off me with ticket purchases and I would think as a business anything that makes them money is a good thing.
I called customer service and the person I spoke to said they would make the tickets transferable. We went through the entire purchase process together and he had me check various areas for the disclaimer and no where does it state these tickets are non-transferable. Not until you complete the transaction does it state the tickets are restricted. It seems that all the terms should be presented to the customer before the transaction is completed since AXS always claims "all sales are final", but if the terms of purchase are not disclosed to the customer, then to me it seems something is missing from the transaction.
