I’ve had a series of three claims arising from a single accident - my wife broke her ankle. So we had a number of short breaks planned which we had to cancel. First one Axa paid with no fuss - very quickly. Since then it has been a slow process with requests for no show do***ents etc. *This morning Axa phoned and left a message for me to call back. The number is their standard **** one - so I end up waiting ** minutes and still don’t get through. Is there a number I can call without having to be in line - or can they just email me their questions?
I trust that AXA Insurance will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
