My spouse had contacted ATT*Direct tv approximately ** days ago to discuss our service charges. The representative told her we would get a $** discount as I am a disabled veteran on oxygen **** and to go on line for the discount which I did and it asked for military iD which I did with camera. The system would not accept it and advised me to go to an ATT store which I did. I arrived there today ********** at approximately *:** pm. There were * female employees handling other customers when I arrived. After waiting an hour the employee that did not seem to be in charge started with another customer. I immediately advised her that I was there before the other customer. She did not acknowledge my remark. After approximately ** more minutes the one in charged asked what she could help me with. I told her I was there to apply for the military discount. She told me it had been discontinued on **********. If I had been greeted when I arrived and asked how they could help it would have saved me a long wait. Again the customer service representative that my wife spoke with said we would get the monthly discount and made no mention that it would be discontinued.
