I have been with at&t for over ** years . I resigned a new wireless account * years ago today. I asked for unlimited Wi-Fi and hotspot for * tablets. Galaxy * and galaxy e . * months ago att discontinued the hotspot capabilities for these tablets. But continued charging me full price for there error. My contracts state hotspot and I was charged a fee for the ability. I have tried for * months to get assistance. I was told several times both contracts were up today **-*****. Rather I was lied to or I was mistaken but * did end the second they stated would not end until September *th of ****. I just want out .if I was a small business and stole a monthly fee without regard to my customer I would have gone out of business. * months * call a week sometimes *. I purchased for my grandchildren and they did without great job att. Please tell me you will release my contract. * employ stated there was nothing I could do, * told me sorry but with a upgrade we can turn them back on , * told me for an extra ** dollars a month both galaxy tabs will perform the function. I know you record all phone calls and live chats look them up. Sorry I am done and just wanted to end my contracts with att rightfully regardless of being wrongfully billed for a service you stoped providing. Will you please release my contract and allow me to go. I should not be forced to pay a fee when att is in the wrong. My name is Michael johnson my account number was ********** the second account info can be found associated with the above number . I really was happy until this happened. It really is wrong to bully someone into paying unjust fees or upgrade to continue a service they are all ready paying for. Signed frustrated.
