Hello,*I was a crew on board Celebrity cruise ship, and I bought your at&t sim card. I am on autopay. I left United States on the May *st and I wanted to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately I forgot my password. And when I wanted to change it it required me to confirm the code that was sent to my number, but when I put at&t sim card back in my phone it says No service, probably because At&t doesn't have roaming provider in my county. So when I called customer service they couldn't cancel, I don't know why. My email is *****@***.com and my account is connected to the email. I hope we can cancel my subscription and turn of my sim card since I am not using it since *st of may. I hope also that I won't be charged for may. *Hope to hear from you soon**Best Regards, *Stefan
