You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-fcianfra's own words
I purchased a new wireless hot spot device as my existing device was not properly supporting my devices connected to the wifi. *I received the new device and everything was working much better. After * weeks, I received a message from AT&T stating I went over my data and had a charge of an additional $**** on my bill. After speaking with multiple levels of customer service and supervisors, I was told that the mistake was on AT&T side as the new device was not put on the shared data plan. I was told at this time (Mid March) that the new device was moved to the shared data plan and I would be credited for the overages. After about * weeks I received a credit to my account of just under $***. In Mid April, the same issue occurred again, this time for $*** in data overage. Again I spoke to multiple levels of customer service and supervisors, who once again told me the issue was resolved and a credit will be issued for the full amount of $***. That was on April **th, over three weeks later, no credit. I spoke to customer service again on May *th who again told me the same thing. As of this morning my service is suspended and I am again currently on the phone once again pleading my case. All for the mistake made by AT&T and not corrected multiple times as promised resulting in these unnecessary charges.

GetHuman-fcianfra did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
