Hello. Ive had ATT for years and years, both on someone elses acct and the past year, alone on my own account. Your company has lost my business today, for life. My name is John Phillips **********.*My phone was shut off days and days ago alledgedly because my phone was stolen? Ive spent hours on the phone with att and with assurion about it. todays calls went from assurion back to you guys. Please look at all my recent calls to you. Please total the amount of these calls. Add atleast two hours for calls to assurion and atleast one hour for emails. Please subtract * minutes from your total. the number that you see is how long it took for me to find out why you shut my phone off.*Evidently the person who gave me the phone didnt finish paying it off.*I would have glady paid it off days ago, had someone told me thats why you shut it off. My last call esclated. The supervisor complained of how many calls i made.*Why would i not call to get to the root of the problem. Why didnt you guys give me that information the fist time i called. or the second. or the third. or the fourth. or the fifth. or the sixth? Then the guy made me give him my friends phone number that originally bought the phone, after i gave him the number, he refused to call. Why did he lie and make me give him that number if he wasnt going to call? I got so mad i told him i was going to just throw the phone away and go to verizon and get a new account and new phone. Your supervisor at ATT said "OK."*So I guess you guys have no interest in retaining a multi year loyal customer.*Im so dissapointed in how this has been handled. Im supremily disappointed in how i was treated like i stole this phone.*My biggest points of annoyances are these.**) when you shut my phone off, and i called you. you should have told me immediately why. (That it wasnt fully paid off. I would have gave you my card number to take care of it then and it would be fixed.)**)dont complain about how many times i called if you havent given me a reason you shut me off. Worry about how long it took you to give me a clear answer to why is my phone shut off. Why would i not call if your not giving me a viable reason for shutting my phone off?**)Why did he make me give him a number that he wasnt going to use to help me?**) At the end he tried to get me to come in a store so he resolve it for me ( which is really so he could confiscate my phone off of me (this is the part where i guess you are acting like im a thief.) That was incredibly shady and not professional. None of this ordeal has been.*At the end now im left with my att account that i prepaid for but cant use with a phone that doesnt work. Ive lost alot of time. Im shaking because im so mad.*Why couldnt you have handled this in my first phone call when you first shut it off days ago?? I can think of not a single reason why . And that is why i am throwing this phone in the trash and id like to cancel my service. and i will go somewhere else.*if youd like to accuse me of anything else, waste any more of my time, or further insult me please feel free to do so with the following contact information, as the number you have....is blacklisted.****-***-*****J*****@***.com*This has been the WORST profession experience Ive ever had with a company, and im thinking of contacting the media because i just feel like ive been unfairly treated.
