Use the internet. The service was extra slow ... My bill isn't due until December **. I paid my bill today. My data shows I only have ***mb left. I've dailed your company * times and asked for technical help, only to be disconnected all three times. Prior to each disconnected call a recording after ringing *-* times say CBU, and then I get disconnected.*I also go through this every month when I pay early. WHY?!*I also received a text instantly whenever my payment went through earlier today. Why isn't my service instantly updated as soon as you ok'd my payment? It shouldn't take hours too days for this to happen.*Please rectify this on going issue.
I pay my bill monthly prior to my due date and this continues to happen. They "at&t" don't mind excepting payment but their service isn't as fast as them putting my $ into their account!*Their service is starting to become lame
When payment's excepted by AT&T and the customer's text informing them of such, the customers services they're paying for need to be updated just as fast.
Over ** years, but it's going to be changing real soon. I'm tired of dealing with weak service.
