This is a answer to AOL's Billing for Services that I can not cancel. As I am in Thailand and the Time change is ** hours so, I am unable to use difficult phone service to contact.* Have tried to cancel via the Internet and My designated Power of Attorney since April. I am willing to pay the * service charges ( $*.** each ) If AOL allowes me to cancel these services.* Following is the problem of cancelling on the internet using AOL's online program. * *. You must sign in and select the program you wish to cancell, then you are required to have* AOL send a security code to your email (which I have * ). The code is sent and I must sign into that email and, (its always to the email I am not signed in to), then get the code and return to the AOL site and enter the code. When entered, the responce is I have* timed out and, a new code will be sent to my alternate email (Which I am not signed in to).* *. I exit the first email & sign into the *nd email, get the code and return to enter the* code and get a time out again. and the code is then sent to the *st email. This sequence* is repeated so as to prevent me from canceling the service. * AOL has used this method to prevent me and my attorney from canceling services. AOL has * no contact that I can acess to solve this problem. No Email or chat service. How is it that this action is allowed?* I need AOL to correct this Farse perpetrated for $*.**x*.
