W. **th St.*Oklahoma City, OK *******Re: Agent refusal*delay to cancel policies**To Whom It May Concern:*I have notified your agent, Wayne Callahan, by way of my POA that he is to cancel all three of my Aflac accounts as of April **, ****. He failed to act on this request and told my agent, D. Tommy Chism, my cousin, that he wanted to visit with me and was told I was in the Bridges Rehab facility and this is what required my agent to act on my behalf. Mr. Callahan said the reason he wanted to visit with me was he has known me for many years and that is why he wanted to know the address where I was being treated. Had he have showed up I would have told him to cancel the Aflac policies. Mr. Callahan has been furnished a legal document indicating my agent does indeed have the authority to act on my behalf to cancel any and all Aflac insurance as well as any other duties I have granted him as my agent. **I personally called your Aflac Agent Wayne Callahan and told him on his voice recorder that I wanted these Aflac policies cancelled due to my poor health and limited money. My agent called to confirm with Mr. Callahan did receive the legal document and understood that I in my own words cancelled all Alfac insurance policies. Mr. Callahan became belligerent and said he was not going to listen, because he insisted my agent listen to what he had to say first, and he was not through talking and did not want to be interrupted, then abruptly hung up. It is apparent this request will not be carried through by your Insurance Agent, and I will have to take other means to stop you from drafting my account. Your Aflac Agent is obviously a person who has a short temper and lacks people skills. **I have had these policies for many years and the reason for me cancelling them is of no consequence, it is my legal right to do so without cause or reason, or permission to do so. Your company is to honor the laws of this state and to abide by my decision and that is to stop Aflac automatic deduction from my personal account. ***Please do what your Aflac Agent Wayne Callahan failed to do, cancel these policies.
