I have called multiple times. I am very upset!!!I want to actually talk to someone. I doubt you can resolve my issues over an email. I despise the fact I cannot actually talk with someone. And your system hung up on me several times. My issue it's multifaceted. I already had ADP with two other places I was employed at. When I tried to register as new user and put the company code it switched to all personal information and then it ended. It sent out an email saying that I would need to confirm it. It didn't ask for any of the information it was supposed to ask for according to the company's ipaystatement set up paper. I also registered my card and it, for some reason, is under a whole different account because ADP wouldn't let me use the same account as my company account. I'm really confused. As far as I know I cannot access anything on my card until it is properly registered. I don't think it is because it has no balance on it. I'm supposed to have money on it from the two days I worked. This whole thing has been confusing. Nothing has went the way it was supposed to. I am very frustrated. My money is tied up in this whole mess. I would have been much happier if I could have talked with someone. I all almost positive that this situation could have been avoided if you would have had a calling team when I first attempted to register my ADP company account.
