When I signed up on Oct **, **** the lady who helped us went over everything, showing us the different prices, different packages. The seller for us was the plus plan because it gave us the most tows and anyone who had the card could get their vehicle towed. Not one time did they tell us that a motorcycle was something that needed to be added separately. We found out when I called today to have my son's motorcycle towed. I talked to several people, not one wanting to help. I feel that since we were told "ANY" vehicle included motorcycles. I do not feel that we should have to pay extra now because of the miscommunication on your company's part. The manager who i spoke with Sheila told me she was not going to help me and that I should of read the paperwork better. Then when I asked to speak to someone higher then her she gave me a fake phone number. I have never had a problem with your company until today. I'm very disappointed in how I was treated!!!
