Hello, my name is John Miner. I am contacting you regarding an application for a re-fi on my truck loan. I applied at my local AAA office in Massachusetts just about * weeks ago and I am no further ahead in the process than I was * weeks ago. Meaning nothing has been done with my application. I was told by the Branch Manager that I had to become a member in order to apply for an auto loan, which I completely understand. So I joined on ******* , which cost me, I believe it was, $***.**, and I was told that someone would contact me on Monday, I was assuming, *******. So , after no contact from anyone I contacted my local Branch on Friday ******* and left a message. I received a return phone call the following Tuesday ******* and she told me that she talked to the "Loan Counsel" last week about my loan and that i should be hearing from someone. So * minutes later I received a call from someone at the Loan Counsel telling me that they needed a copy of my **** Tax returns and a copy of my last pay stub, which I also understand, but the problem is I don't know where to send the information to. Twice, I was told that I would be contacted, via email, with the proper information on where to reply with the required documents. I never received an email, twice! Not in my spam folder. What is troubling is that, I would think that if people were doing their job correctly, someone would notice that their is an open application sitting on someones desk, that is being overlooked. That's a big problem. So I am all done calling AAA to GIVE you my business. It's been a month, I will go to my Credit Union for the RE-FI. So please credit my card that you have on file for the FULL amount that I paid for the AAA membership to receive the loan that never evolved. The only reason I joined was to receive the loan.I have a **** truck, with plenty of roadside assistance from the dealer. I didn't need the coverage. *Very disappointed in the horrible service or lack there of!
GetHuman-jrminer did not yet indicate what AAA should do to make this right.
