My name is Cynthia Diane Ferranto....my auto policy number is MOA*********. I bought a new car on November **th this year....I called my agent Petar Kalvachev at the Mid Rivers Office in St. Peters MO on December *rd to give him the information to switch my auto insurance to my new car....**** Cadillac XT*! I spoke with Petar on December *th and gave him the information the requested to change my policy! As of this date December **, **** that information has not been changed in my account! I spoke with several people Monday December **, **** trying to get the information changed to my new car - including Steve at Policy Services & Dave in the Mid Rivers Office in St. Peters MO..... EVERYONE I spoke with told me my agent is the ONLY one who could change it!!!!!! Why is that???**My agent told me this morning that he sent an email on December *th to AAA's IT department to make the changes because there was some technical problem that prevented him from doing it!!!! Is AAA currently experiencing IT proplems? Why didn't ANYONE mention that to me when I spoke with them on Monday??? My agent DID NOT follow up with IT! At first my agent told me he could not follow up with IT & a minute later he told me he was going to call them to see what's going on!!! My next remark was "oh...so you CAN follow up".....he then said he is "not supposed" to follow up with IT!!! **I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY NO ONE ELSE COULD HELP ME OR WHY NO ONE TOLD ME ANYTHING ABOUT TECHNICAL PROBLEMS!!!! I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY MY AGENT WAS "NOT SUPPOSED" TO FOLLOW UP WITH THE IT DEPARTMENT!!! I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY IT IS TAKING SOOOOO LONG TO GET THIS DONE!!!
