AT&T Universal Card Customer FAQ

To redeem your ThankYou Points towards a payment on your AT&T Universal Card, first log into your ThankYou account. Then, navigate to the "Shop All Categories" section and select "Student Loan & Mortgage Payments". Here, you'll see an option to "Pay your Credit Card Bills". Follow the prompts to complete the redemption process. Bear in mind that it’s necessary to have a minimum number of points to use them as a payment, so check if you have enough. The process usually takes 1-3 business days for the payment to post to your account.
