What is the return policy?

Our return policy at igigi.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving them. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, simply login to your igigi.com account, go to your order history, and select the item you wish to return. Follow the step-by-step instructions to generate a return shipping label. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process a refund to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Kindly note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and returns received after the 30-day period will be issued store credit instead of a refund.
