Our return policy at iHomeaudio.com allows customers to return their purchased products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Please note that certain products, such as digital downloads and personalized items, are non-returnable. To initiate a return, customers need to contact our customer service team. They will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or shipping error. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund accordingly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
