Our return policy at eModa.com ensures customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team and provide the order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund to the original method of payment.
