What is the return policy?
Our return policy is customer-friendly and hassle-free. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from eMedscooters.com, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our mistake. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund, minus the original shipping fees. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
