Our return policy at Zekoshoes.com aims to provide our customers with a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact. We strongly recommend trying on the shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team and provide your order details. Please note that return shipping costs may apply, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund or process the exchange promptly.
