1. Check the Tracking Information
Anytime you want to track your package, check your Yugster account or the original confirmation email from when you placed your order.

3. Call Your Local Post Office

- Log into your account and click on Orders in the top navigation bar.
- Find the original order you placed and click on it to view details about it.
- Click Request Replacement.
- Select an option for receiving your new item (i.e., by mail or pickup).
- Once Yugster Customer Support completes and approves your request, it'll create a new transaction and send a replacement package.
6. Wait 10–14 Days
If you still haven't received your package after 14 days, contact Yugster Support and find out what is happening with your order.
