Our return policy at Yowzafitness.com is hassle-free and customer-centric. We understand that sometimes products may not meet our customers' expectations or have unexpected issues. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for any unused, undamaged items. Simply contact our customer service team within this timeframe to initiate the return process. To return a product, it must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition. If approved, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method used. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. In such cases, we will gladly cover the return shipping expenses.
