Our cancellation policy at YourWeddingGirl.com is as follows: If you need to cancel your wedding planning services with us, we require written notice at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date. If the cancellation notice is received within this timeframe, we will refund 50% of the total planning fee. However, if the cancellation notice is submitted less than 30 days before the event, no refund will be issued. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly ask for your understanding as our team invests significant time and resources into planning each wedding. Please note that any additional expenses incurred on your behalf will be billed accordingly. We strive to be fair and accommodating to all our clients while maintaining the professionalism and quality service we are known for.
