If you wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and avoid any inconvenience for both our clients and our professional cleaners. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
