Can I get a refund if the item I received is damaged or defective?

Yes, we offer refunds for damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide us with detailed information and clear photographs showing the damage or defect. Our team will review your claim and reach out to you with instructions on how to proceed. In most cases, we will arrange for a return shipping label to be sent to you, and upon receiving the item back, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and include all accessories and tags to be eligible for a refund.
