Are pre-order items shipped separately?

Yes, pre-order items are usually shipped separately from in-stock items. This is because pre-order items are typically not yet released and need to be sourced from suppliers once they become available. Hence, they have different arrival dates than in-stock items. Ordering them separately allows us to fulfill your order efficiently and maintain transparency on the estimated shipping date for each item. Please note that if you have a mix of pre-order and in-stock items in your order, you may receive multiple shipments. Rest assured, we will send you a shipping confirmation email for each parcel along with the respective tracking numbers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
