What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Y2incusa.com is designed to ensure our customers' satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We kindly request customers to include the original receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item. Returns are subject to inspection and approval, and any damaged or used items may not be eligible for a refund. If approved, refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
