What is your return policy?

Our return policy at WoolCreations.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue the appropriate refund or exchange, usually within 5 business days.
