Are there any items that cannot be returned?

We apologize, but due to health and safety regulations, food and beverage items are non-returnable. We carefully prepare all our products to meet the highest standards, and it is not possible for us to accept returns on these perishable items. However, if you have received an incorrect or damaged food or beverage item, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery, and we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue. For all non-food related merchandise, we offer a 30-day return policy. Simply follow our return instructions, and we will provide a refund or exchange for eligible items in their original condition. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding regarding our food return policy.
